Refund policy
We hope you love your chosen Renate Jewellery designs, however we understand at time your selected choice isn’t quite what you were expecting and with that, we will happily exchange or we will gladly accept returns that arrive at their destination damaged or faulty for some reason. We are here to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or damaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return process, please contact us at info@renatejewellery.com. If your return meets the above criteria we’ll start the returns process.
You will need to post the jewellery back to us before we can proceed with any exchange or refunds. Instructions where to send your package will be provided. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and suggest items are sent back with registered post. Please ensure item is properly packaged so to prevent further damage to the jewellery.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items
If the item you receive is damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards (currently not available).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
