Australia Shipping
All items are sent from our Studio in East Gippsland, Victoria via Express Post with tracking and is Free within Australia. Please allow up to 3 to 5 Business days.
Each item is packaged well to protect jewellery during postage and is gift wrapped.
Delivery within Australia is FREE
International Shipping
All items sent internationally are sent by trackable international airmail via Australia Post. Please allow up to 15 business working days or more for delivery

Delivery to Overseas locations can vary from $15 to $25 depending on the weight of the item.
Renate Jewellery is not responsible for customs, duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders
Shipping Terms
As each item is individually handcrafted, we will try to ship your order with in 2 weeks if not sooner upon receipt of payment. If payment isn’t received within 48hrs your order will be cancelled and the item re-listed available in my shop.
All our orders come from our studio in Sydney, Australia where I handcraft each individual item. Shipping information above includes our processing and making times. Prices and delivery estimates may change dependant on public holidays, stock, and delays from the shipping provider.
- You will receive an email the day we dispatch
- Please ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment
- Check that you supply the CORRECT address and ensure delivery address is secure as parcels may be left at your address.
- Note, we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post
